Description

You will lead the electrical self-perform teams for a battery materials facility in Nevada, overseeing all aspects of construction from preconstruction through completion. You'll manage scheduling, procurement, inspections, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple field crews for electrical and process piping scopes
• Extensive experience with industrial and commercial MEP systems
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Experience overseeing self-perform work in a construction environment
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly safety checks and participate in safety meetings
• Manage electrical and mechanical self-perform organization including budget and cash management
• Develop and manage schedules, project procedures, staffing, and equipment resources
• Assess design and specification documents; work with designers and teams to resolve issues
• Oversee construction scheduling and coordination to identify scope conflicts or constructability issues
