🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain media lists across entertainment trades and lifestyle outlets
• Monitor news cycles and social media for pop culture moments and competitor updates
• Support client meetings and events, including scheduling and on-site staffing
• Manage backend essentials: agendas, recaps, activity reports, budget trackers

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in marketing, entertainment, or PR
• Strong writing skills for pitches and recaps
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Emotional maturity and calm under pressure
