🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design across all customer-facing experiences
• Define and evolve Listen’s design system and visual language
• Prototype ideas rapidly using Figma, AI tools, or other methods
• Translate complex research workflows into simple, intuitive experiences

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Expert in Figma and building design systems
• Experience at startups or high-velocity teams
