You'll maintain critical IT infrastructure for Kitware's research engineers across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms. This role ensures secure, compliant computing environments and streamlines user support via the helpdesk system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide end-user hardware and software support across Windows, Linux, macOS
• Install, configure, and update software per policies and security requirements
• Manage user accounts: creation, modification, and deactivation
• Handle helpdesk support requests and maintain hardware inventory

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph
• Bachelor's or associate's in IT with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with MS Windows, Linux, and wired/wireless networks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated or customer-sponsored computing environments
• Familiarity with Dell and Apple vendor coordination
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
