You'll build and nurture engaged communities for a portfolio of domestic appliance brands within a global in-house social and content studio. You'll foster meaningful conversations and strengthen brand advocacy, ensuring audiences feel heard, valued, and connected. π― What You'll Do
- Manage inbound comments, messages, and mentions with appropriate responses
- Moderate social channels to foster positive, engaged communities
- Schedule and publish organic and paid social content
- Plan content calendars in collaboration with the wider team
π Requirements
- Social media management experience (1-3 years)
- Proficiency in community management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience with content scheduling and planning

- Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Talkwalker
- Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms
- Familiarity with domestic appliance or consumer goods brands
