💼 About This Role

You'll join Theodo Cloud's Run team to ensure stability and availability of client infrastructures. You'll respond to production incidents, lead post-mortems, and provide recommendations. This role offers exposure to a wide range of tools and complex bugs for fast growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to production incidents and investigate technical issues.
• Conduct post-mortems and communicate with clients.
• Answer client questions and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations (voluntary).

📋 Requirements

• Engineering school degree or equivalent.
• 1st professional experience with cloud/infra technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Ability to react quickly and work under stress.

• Experience with Docker.
• Curiosity and desire to learn quickly.
• Rigor in incident handling.
