💼 About This Role

You'll lead two cross-functional engineering teams building a fintech platform serving tens of thousands of business users. You'll coordinate delivery across mobile and full-stack domains, aligning closely with Product and Design. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 2 development teams (mobile and product engineering)
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Designers on delivery plans
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and team workflows
• Build and maintain delivery plans, reporting progress and risks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a product-driven environment
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile or full-stack architecture
• Advanced English communication skills
