You'll drive financial analysis for real estate and infrastructure deals at Waymo, supporting strategic decisions to optimize costs and unit economics. Your insights will help shape the roadmap for long-term infrastructure goals across markets. This role offers direct exposure to executive deal approvals and cross-functional infrastructure strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end financial analysis for real estate and infrastructure deals.
• Help shape infrastructure strategy and unit economics, OPEX, CAPEX.
• Act as finance liaison for the gate approval process.
• Prepare strategic pre-read materials and deal reviews for executive sign-off.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of corporate or business finance experience.
• 4+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience within corporate finance.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling.
