💼 About This Role

You'll become a developer experience expert at MongoDB, driving the developer tools strategy to enable rapid development with MongoDB. You'll evolve our developer tools suite for AI- and agentic-driven development, ensuring developers make the best design decisions. This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the goals, strategy, and roadmap of your product area
• Work with Engineering to define and prioritize projects
• Monitor market, competition, and technology evolution
• Contribute to documentation, demos, and marketing materials

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management with a technical product
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer empathy to understand pain points

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
