💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows for a fintech lending company, building production-grade agentic systems on AWS with tools like Claude and Strands Agents SDK. You will own real systems from day one, directly impacting consumer credit processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI agent workflows for business processes
• Migrate manual processes into production-grade agent pipelines
• Integrate AI capabilities via REST APIs and AWS services
• Implement logging, tracing, and guardrails for agent behavior

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience with Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML or LLM solutions in production
• Practical experience with an agentic orchestration framework (Strands, LangGraph, etc.)
• AWS familiarity and cloud-native architecture patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or Strands Agents SDK
• Background in fintech, consumer lending, or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)
