You'll train and empower camp leaders and teachers for NORY, the premier STEM camp provider in NYC and Boston. You'll impact the learning experiences of over 4,000 campers annually by mentoring 200+ staff. This role offers leadership development and comprehensive STEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe, train, and coach campsite leaders and teachers
• Mentor campsite leaders on effective coaching techniques
• Ensure camp protocols are correctly implemented
• Provide guidance on behavior management and parent communication

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of educational leadership experience
• Managing and training teaching staff
• Implementing effective teaching strategies
• Knowledgeable in child development
