Description

You will design and implement Clear Street Europe's operational risk management framework, ensuring compliance with DORA and other regulations. This second-line role involves managing outsourcing risks, conducting risk assessments, and reporting to senior management and the Board. You'll have the chance to shape the risk function in a fast-growing fintech.

Requirements

• 10+ years in operational risk management in financial services
• Strong understanding of NL, EU, and international regulations
• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Operational and ICT Risk Management Framework
• Conduct risk assessments, control testing, and scenario analysis
• Develop risk register, KRIs, and incident reporting processes
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and regulators
• Serve as risk liaison between Dutch office, UK sister company, and US HQ
