You'll manage a caseload of immigration matters, including removal defense and family-based petitions, at a premier law firm. Your work will directly impact clients' lives through court representation and strategic case management. This role offers clear room for growth within an established firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and prepare clients for court testimony
• Represent clients in Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals
• Manage caseload of removal defense and family-based petitions
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals at centers

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience
• Active bar admission in California
• Experience with USCIS applications and EOIR proceedings
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
