💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience at a music and pop culture retail store. You'll help train new team members and support daily operations to meet sales targets. It's a part-time onsite role in Wichita, KS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Knowledge of KPIs like UPT and ADT.
