💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across Paytm Group, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience. You'll handle high-volume exits and statutory compliance under Indian labour laws. This role is critical for preserving employer brand through respectful transitions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for resignations, terminations, and retirements.
• Process high-volume monthly exits with timely and accurate settlements.
• Compute dues including salary, leave encashment, gratuity, and bonuses.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and HRBPs for clearances and asset recovery.

📋 Requirements

• 9-12 years of experience in HR operations with focus on exit management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, gratuity, and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling high-volume exits and complex settlement calculations.
• Proficiency with HRMS tools for exit management and MIS maintenance.

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Commerce, or Law.
• Experience in large organisations with multiple entities.
