Description

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for Rocket Lab Space Systems programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource availability. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, create reports and dashboards, and implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Scheduler in New Space, Aerospace, or other technical industry with bachelor's degree or 9+ years work experience
• Detailed knowledge of MS Project and JIRA
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Basic SQL query writing or Power BI data visualization skills; U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for Space Systems programs
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across all program tiers
• Identify potential bottlenecks and support mitigation strategies
• Create and deliver timely schedule reports and dashboards
• Support root cause analysis for schedule slips and implement scalable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
