You'll own paid growth beyond LinkedIn, building a repeatable engine that turns spend into measurable pipeline. You will systematically expand channels like Google Search, YouTube, Meta, and Reddit with ruthless measurement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize paid channel portfolio across Google, YouTube, Meta, Reddit
• Own conversion paths end-to-end from ad to pipeline
• Run high-velocity experiments with hypotheses and clean measurement
• Scale winners and kill losers while documenting learnings

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record scaling performance across multiple paid channels
• Strong measurement instincts with comfort in imperfect attribution
• High speed of execution and ownership mentality
• Great judgment on creative, hooks, and offers
