You will own net-revenue growth for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts in the industrial sector, driving value realization and expansion through strategic account mapping and cross-functional partnership. This role is critical in shaping the go-to-market strategy for Relay's AI-powered frontline platform.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management for B2B SaaS
  • Ability to manage mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Strong strategic account mapping and multi-threading skills
  • Data-driven approach to customer engagement and retention
  • Travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Own net-revenue growth and minimize contraction through user expansion and upsells
  • Map customer organizations and build champions across departments and sites
  • Partner with sales to execute bottom-up, top-down expansion strategy
  • Use data to drive value realization and manage book health
  • Serve as voice of industrial customer internally to influence product and GTM
