You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with customers in our retail store. You'll drive sales through personalized service while supporting operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships through strong clienteling
• Execute store operations tasks including stock replenishment

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week including peak days
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
