💼 About This Role

You'll own the global marketing systems, data, and process backbone powering predictable pipeline growth for Airwallex's unified payments platform. This role sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Sales, and Data Science, ensuring end-to-end lead flow architecture is optimized for revenue impact. You'll manage the MarTech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and paid media platforms to drive global scale and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage global MarTech/AdTech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and BI platforms.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end lead-to-revenue infrastructure with real-time data flows.
  • Establish global tracking standards for GTM, pixels, server-side tracking, and attribution.
  • Develop executive-level reporting on pipeline health, velocity, ROI, and LTV/CAC.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo (or equivalent MAP), Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven experience owning global lead management, attribution, and lifecycle frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and funnel analytics.
