🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead accounting due diligence for acquisitions and investments
• Research and document complex technical accounting issues
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos
• Draft and update company accounting policies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA license
• Minimum 10 years related experience with Big 4 and industry
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 805, 32X, 815, 830, 606)
• Experience with SOX 404 and SEC reporting

• Experience with foreign currency and hedging
• Ability to articulate GAAP changes to non-Finance audience
