Description

You will own the strategic direction and end-to-end roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architecting comprehensive product strategies that balance rapid innovation with extreme reliability. You'll drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate complex trading workflows into seamless advisor experiences, while also making key technical and vendor decisions to ensure a scalable ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen
• Deep technical literacy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Hybrid based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
