💼 About This Role

You'll lead technically complex programs that define platform capabilities across Coupang's engineering organization. You'll drive end-to-end execution from strategy to delivery, working with senior leadership to improve operational excellence at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement new tools and processes to support strategic direction.
• Manage long-term goals and ensure alignment with organizational mission.
• Prioritize programs and activities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Speak engineering language and lead platform-level change initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience deep diving into issues and identifying root causes.
• Ability to synthesize data and present insights to senior leadership.
• Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data.
