• Assist in planning and organizing the Activity Program and Social Treatment Program
• Provide direct care to residents following federal, state, and local standards
• Help residents practice skills for independence and self-care
• Ensure residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, and psychosocial needs are met

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Experience in group treatment or activities preferred
• Some college coursework preferred
