You'll set the product direction for backend trading systems at the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. • Set product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve order management, risk engines, pricing models, and settlement.
• Work with engineering and quant teams on technical solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from planning to feature launch.

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options.
• Technical or quantitative background (CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to translate trading algorithms and risk methods into product requirements.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with global stakeholders.

• Open from junior to senior levels - vague experience requirement.
