💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full tender process for multidisciplinary water treatment projects, from prequalification to contract signing. You'll coordinate complex proposals that bring together process engineering, environmental studies, design, costing, and risk management. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure projects in the BeNeLux region and internationally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tender process from prequalification to contract signing
• Analyze tender documents for technical, contractual, and commercial requirements
• Develop bid strategy in collaboration with management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for proposal preparation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years combined experience in tendering and project execution for water/wastewater projects
• At least 3 years experience as Tender Manager or Bid Manager
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
