You'll act as the primary shield and bridge for Roblox's most influential creators, ensuring their content remains compliant and thriving. You'll manage high-stakes escalations and serve as a strategic liaison between external creators and internal teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage compliance-related escalations with top creators and strategic accounts.
• Bridge communication between external creators and internal cross-functional teams.
• Prevent unnecessary content takedowns by working proactively with enforcement teams.
• Drive process improvement to enhance internal systems and compliance workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in community support, program management, or creator relations.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM/ticketing tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Crisis management skills to handle high-stakes issues under pressure.
• Strong technical writing ability for documentation and audit purposes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trust Safety or Compliance experience.
• AI-savvy and eager to leverage new tech for automation.
• Gaming industry fluency and active interest in diverse genres.
