Description

You will lead by example, manage financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency control, perform sales and marketing via community tours to secure new leases, build brand loyalty through positive resident interactions, ensure property appearance meets brand standards, coach team members, work weekends as needed, and step up as lead when the Property Manager is absent.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management
• Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram) for engaging content
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities
