Your core impact is helping define the sales playbook for a company that's automating consumer law while you close deals and build systems.   • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders
  • Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads
  • Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings into messaging and product

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7 years in a closing sales or BD role with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer types
