You'll own the full sales cycle at a high-growth legal tech startup, converting a growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders. Your core impact is helping define the sales playbook for a company that's automating consumer law while you close deals and build systems. This role stands out because you'll shape the GTM motion at a Sequoia-backed company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders
- Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads
- Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings into messaging and product
๐ Requirements
- 4โ7 years in a closing sales or BD role with a track record of exceeding quota
- Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer types
