You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, helping them leverage an ecosystem intelligence platform to drive partnership revenue and growth. You'll ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable business impact while proactively identifying expansion opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build strategic relationships with enterprise customers to drive adoption and expansion
  • Guide customers on platform best practices to achieve measurable value
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate retention risks
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to uncover expansion opportunities

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees) with complex stakeholders
  • Understanding of partnership ecosystems including ISVs, GSIs, and VARs
  • Track record of driving strong retention and account expansion
