You'll support capital-raising activities, joint ventures, and structured financing transactions for data center infrastructure at a leading cloud infrastructure company. Your work directly enables the company's growth by securing real estate debt and equity investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and document real estate financing transactions
• Advise on and structure joint ventures with infrastructure investors
• Draft term sheets, loan agreements, and security documents
• Support corporate venture activities with real estate components

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to a U.S. state bar
• 6-10 years of experience in real estate finance or capital markets law
• Deep knowledge of secured lending and real estate finance documentation
• Experience with joint venture formation and partnership agreements

• Experience at a major real estate or finance-focused law firm
• Familiarity with data center or technology real estate finance
