๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a client portfolio, drive retention and growth through consultative sales across multiple channels. You'll proactively prevent churn and identify upselling opportunities as part of Stone's post-sales strategy. Client relationship building and strategic account management are key to your daily success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Present to new clients after onboarding via email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone
- Proactively contact clients to map performance, negotiate, and renegotiate
- Anticipate churn risks and intervene to reverse them
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience
- Enrolled in or completed higher education
- Experience with active B2B client contact
- Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels

- Experience with portfolio management

- Solid understanding of business and industry
