You'll manage a client portfolio, drive retention and growth through consultative sales across multiple channels. You'll proactively prevent churn and identify upselling opportunities as part of Stone's post-sales strategy. Client relationship building and strategic account management are key to your daily success.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Present to new clients after onboarding via email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone
  • Proactively contact clients to map performance, negotiate, and renegotiate
  • Anticipate churn risks and intervene to reverse them

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience
  • Enrolled in or completed higher education
  • Experience with active B2B client contact
  • Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels

  • Experience with portfolio management
