💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets while using your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales. This part-time role offers the chance to open and close the store and communicate trends to HQ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
