💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits using your fandom knowledge. You'll also support daily operations and meeting sales targets at a music and pop culture retail store. This role is part-time and onsite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise products using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
