You'll foster a positive, inclusive community culture in the lower school, overseeing student life, behavior systems, and restorative practices. Working closely with the LS Learning Specialist, you'll ensure alignment with the school's mission and support transition planning across K-8.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on K-5 community culture grounded in belonging and restorative practices.
• Build structures like morning meetings and assemblies that reinforce shared values.
• Oversee restorative processes when harm or conflict occurs.
• Coordinate lower school affinity groups and identity exploration programming.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Experience building or shaping a dean of students role.
