You'll lead a team of CSMs to drive retention and value for Payscale's SaaS solutions. Your core impact is ensuring customers realize ROI, leading to strong renewal outcomes. This role stands out for its hybrid model and performance-driven culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to exceed retention goals.
  • Analyze success metrics to improve onboarding and mentoring strategies.
  • Ensure CSMs guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Partner with Renewals and Account Managers for aligned account execution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success or Sales in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience leading teams accountable for retention in recurring revenue.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
