As the Physical Security Manager, you will safeguard Klaviyo's physical assets, personnel, and infrastructure through technical security expertise, risk assessment, and policy development. You'll oversee security systems, conduct threat assessments, and coordinate incident response to create a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in corporate security
• Knowledge of physical security design and architecture
• Working knowledge of security systems (intrusion detection, access control, video management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage security technologies including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Conduct physical security surveys and threat assessments
• Develop and implement security policies and SOPs
• Lead security awareness training and incident response
• Ensure regulatory compliance and perform security audits
