You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in the Fernandina Beach area. You'll help clients achieve independence and comfort in their homes. This role offers a $2,000 bonus for full-time commitment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with care team

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as PTA in Florida
• Graduate of a two-year college PTA program approved by APTA
• At least one year's work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
