You'll lead and scale the Datacenter Networking team at DigitalOcean, responsible for building and modernizing datacenter network infrastructure. You'll partner with senior leadership to co-develop multi-year roadmaps for the technology areas across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage talent development and performance management
• Architect next-generation network solutions with other technologies
• Develop multi-year roadmaps with senior technical and business leadership
• Streamline and modernize tools for network equipment lifecycle management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience in network architecture at global scale
• 5+ years people management experience
• Experience with deployment software like Salt, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• Proven background in GPU networking, IEB, DC networking, NOC
