💼 About This Role

You'll assist with all phases of litigation for a high-profile federal agency office, working on opioid cases and other priority matters. Your work will have immediate impact through trial preparation and document analysis using cutting-edge eDiscovery tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with all phases of litigation including trial prep and document review.
• Use electronic databases to review, organize, and tag documents.
• Conduct database searches and troubleshoot technical issues with review platforms.
• Apply redactions to documents and draft review memos.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree
• Active member of the Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 2 years of progressively responsible litigation support experience
• U.S. Citizenship

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with civil litigation involving complex federal cases
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
• Working knowledge of LEXIS and Westlaw
