💼 About This Role

You'll lead product marketing for Giga, a voice AI startup building real-time AI agents for enterprise customer experience. You'll define positioning, own GTM launches, and build sales enablement to make Giga the obvious choice for enterprise AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define differentiated product positioning
• Own GTM execution for product launches and feature releases
• Define and execute vertical GTM playbooks for regulated industries
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in AI or enterprise infrastructure
• Experience building GTM strategies for regulated verticals like FinServ, Healthcare, etc.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders
• Understanding of foundation models, inference, and the agentic layer

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
• Background at scale-ups (Series A-C)
• Technical degree or demonstrated technical learning ability
• Track record with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester)
