💼 About This Role

You'll join an integrated team of rigging specialists for large-scale arena touring productions, handling truss, chain hoist, and performance rigging. You'll ensure the artistic concept and safety standards are maintained during setup, tear-down, and shows. This role offers year-round touring opportunities with a major production company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Setup and tear-down of rigging, trussing, and automation systems
• Direct local crews in loading and assembling equipment
• Repair and maintain rigging equipment per safety standards
• Ensure safety and security of rigging and fall protection systems

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in Technical Theatre or 6+ years real-world rigging experience
• Ability to climb and work at heights over 55ft
• Experience in arena, movie, or theatre rigging and ground support trussing
• Skilled in chain motor hoist and stunt equipment operation and repair

✨ Nice to Have

• Forklift or aerial lift operator certification
• Carpentry, welding, or metal fabrication skills
• Knowledge of automation systems
