💼 About This Role

You'll join Airbnb's global consolidation team, ensuring accurate intercompany accounting and financial reporting. You'll prepare journal entries for intercompany transactions, foreign currency, and consolidation adjustments. This role offers the chance to lead process improvements and serve as a subject matter expert for intercompany topics across the finance organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries for intercompany activities and consolidation adjustments
• Prepare journal entries for foreign currency transactions and redenominations
• Ensure internal control processes are executed and documented
• Support internal and external audit requests for intercompany areas

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or Chartered Accountant
• 4+ years of accounting experience, minimum 1 year in month-end close
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Alteryx

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with intercompany accounting topics
• Experience with a large-scale ERP (Workday, Oracle, or SAP)
• Public accounting experience
