💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end activation of customers on the Avante platform, a SaaS platform for self-funded employer benefits. You'll manage multiple concurrent implementations, working with both direct enterprise customers and partner-channel clients to drive successful go-lives. This is a foundational role where you'll shape the implementation experience from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live
• Activate customers across web apps, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, ServiceNow integrations
• Lead customer-facing calls translating technical complexity for senior stakeholders
• Triage deployment channel and integration issues, escalating to engineering as needed

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management in SaaS
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Technical fluency with APIs, SSO, SFTP, and data integrations
• Data fluency to review data schemas and ensure data quality for platform configuration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech, health tech, or benefits administration
• Familiarity with healthcare claims data or coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
