You'll lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across video, photo, and audio. You'll shape scalable workflows that balance speed, cost, and creative quality. You'll act as the strategic operator at the center of brand, creative, and marketing execution.

- Lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with creative teams to shape production-ready concepts
- Build and optimize scalable production workflows
- Manage external agencies and production partners
๐ Requirements
- 6โ8+ years of experience in creative production or campaign operations
- Deep understanding of end-to-end production workflows across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives as an individual contributor
- Strong operational and organizational skills managing multiple complex workflows
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Asana, Figma, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools
- Experience in high-growth scaling organizations
