🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across anesthesia operations, including multi-entity P&L evaluations
• Build, maintain, and optimize financial models for strategic planning and decision-making
• Lead financial modeling for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) initiatives
• Support monthly operating reviews through revenue, expense, and budget variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis or healthcare finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with financial modeling
• Experience with multi-entity financial analysis and full P&L management
