You'll lead a team of interdisciplinary technicians overseeing critical infrastructure for SpaceX's Starlink facilities in Redmond and Woodinville. Your core impact is delivering zero unplanned disruptions to satellite internet operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interdisciplinary technicians for all facilities operations across two sites
• Oversee team performance through individual coaching and development
• Manage third-party service providers to meet corporate standards
• Develop and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives
• Manage preventive maintenance program for building infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities supervision
• 1+ years with building management systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression)
• 1+ years implementing TPM or RCM maintenance methodologies
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
