🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer commission calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and payouts.
• Maintain data integrity across ICM tools, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Build scalable processes and develop training materials for sales teams.
• Support monthly accruals and forecasting through scenario modeling.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales compensation experience in hyper-growth environments.
• Experience administering commission systems end to end.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel with complex formulas.

• CaptivateIQ or Xactly experience.
• ICM tool admin certification.
• Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake.
