You'll solve critical adoption challenges by bridging the gap between project implementation and independent customer success. You'll design and deliver scenario-based training tied to active implementation milestones. You'll have creative autonomy and high visibility across complex SaaS platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver live ILT and VILT sessions using scenario-based exercises.
• Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps.
• Develop hands-on training programs reflecting real customer workflows.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for customer-side trainers.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience delivering live ILT and VILT.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage concurrent training engagements independently.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with admin-level training content development.
