🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and drive large-scale deal lifecycle transformation programs end-to-end.
• Design and scale a global delivery model with offshore teams.
• Establish and maintain gold-standard documentation for methodologies and playbooks.
• Manage change management activities across stakeholder engagement and communications.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience with deal management processes and commercial agreements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or CLM tools.

• Experience operating with incomplete data and adapting priorities.
